RandomPrint.co is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Currently, we ship all packages via USPS or FedEx (sorry that international shipping is outrageously priced). Tracking numbers will be provided with each order.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during high volume periods such as holidays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package and it has been more than 5 business days since the expected delivery date, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue!

 

Free shipping on orders of $24 or more applies to all non-international locations.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition (unused and unaltered).

If you received a damaged product, please contact us at info@randomprint.co or by using the contact page within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement or a full refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, or on items that have been altered or modified at the customer's request.

 

Stock

Stock at RandomPrint.co is estimated based on raw materials on hand. Each 3D printed item is made to order and can be custom crafted to meet your specific requirements (fees may apply). We are committed to providing you with a seamless and professional experience, and guarantee that your order will receive the utmost care and attention.
