Shipping, Returns, Warranty, & Stock

Shipping

I’m committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders typically ship via USPS or FedEx, and a tracking number will be provided with every order.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days. During high-volume periods (like holidays or new product launches), processing or delivery times may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

I do ship internationally, but I know international shipping costs can be pretty wild. I do my best to keep rates as reasonable as possible.

Once a package is marked as delivered, I can’t be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 5 business days past the expected delivery date, please reach out and I’ll help investigate the issue.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $39 or more.

 

Returns

If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, and undamaged.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at info@randomprint.co (or through the contact page) immediately and I’ll take care of a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping method, as I can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once I receive your returned item(s), refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Please note that returns are not accepted on custom, personalized, or modified items.

 

Warranty

All Random Print Co. products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the order date.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing issue, I’ll repair, replace, or refund the item.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation

  • Damage from drops, impacts, heat exposure, or environmental conditions

  • Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect functionality

If you believe your item qualifies for a warranty claim, please email info@randomprint.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos help), and I’ll take a look.

I design and test everything I sell, and if I wouldn’t stand behind it, I wouldn’t ship it.

 

Stock

Stock levels are estimated based on raw materials on hand. Each 3D-printed item is made to order, and some products can be customized to meet specific requirements (additional fees may apply).

Every order is printed, inspected, and packaged with care in Pennsylvania. Thanks for supporting this small operation. I truly appreciate it :)
